The small house of 800sq.ft at Pavagada, Karnataka is worked on the principles to help the house to retain the high average temperature of 40*C. The house has rainwater harvesting tanks below the bedrooms to keep the temperature less. The roof is worked out with Rockwool panel insulation under the corrugated sheet roofing. The rat trap walls all around with local materials for flooring help to keep the house sustainable.
